Daily Expense Tracker is designed as an offline-first application.

• No account is required to use the app
• Your financial data stays on your device by default
• You have full control over your data at all times

a) User-Entered Data

You may enter financial data such as Expenses, Wallets, Categories, and Notes. This data is stored locally on your device.

b) Device & Usage Data

We may collect limited, non-personal data such as:

• app usage events
• crash reports

This helps improve app performance and stability.

c) Advertising Data

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads in the free version. AdMob may collect:

• device identifiers
• advertising ID
• ad interaction data

This is used to provide relevant advertisements.

d) In-App Purchases

We use RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.

• All payments are processed securely by Google
• We do not store or access your payment details

3. How Your Data Is Used

We use data to:

• provide core app functionality
• improve performance and reliability
• display ads (free version only)
• enable premium features

4. Data Storage

• All financial data is stored locally on your device
• We do not store your financial data on our servers

5. Backup & Google Drive

Daily Expense Tracker offers an optional cloud backup feature.

• If enabled, your data is stored in your personal Google Drive account
• Backups are only created when you choose to use this feature or enable auto backup
• The app uses secure Google authentication (OAuth 2.0 via Google Play Services)
• We do not access or store your Google account password

Limited Access

The app only accesses a dedicated application-specific folder within your Google Drive (App Data folder).

• It cannot access, view, or modify any other files in your Google Drive
• Your data remains private and under your control

6. Permissions Used

The app may request the following permissions:

• Google Account (Identity): Used to associate backups with your account
• Google Drive (App Data Folder): Used to store and retrieve backups

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal financial data.

We may share limited data with:

• advertising providers (AdMob)
• payment processors (Google Play)

Only as necessary to provide app functionality.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• secure local storage
• optional biometric / PIN protection

However, no system is completely secure.

You have full control over your data:

• Use the app completely offline
• Enable or disable cloud backup at any time
• Upgrade to Premium to remove ads
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app

• This app is not intended for children under 13.
